About the Role
We are seeking an immediately available administrator to join a supply planning team in a short term capacity (potential for extension).
You will support the team by managing purchasing processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with internal communications and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provided administrative support to the supply planning teamincluding managing emails, documents, and records
Assisted with updating inventory and order information to help keep planning data accurate and up to date




Coordinated communication between internal teams and suppliers to support smooth daily operations
Prepared basic reports, spreadsheets, and data entry to assist with planning activities
About You
Prior experience in administrative support, with exposure to purchasing and invoicing tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with suppliers and internal teams
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, data entry, and general administration
Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Solutions-focused and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem‐solving and achieving results
