Cricket NSW is looking for an Associate role focused on growing community cricket within the Central Coast.
Reporting to the Clubs & Competitions Manager, you will drive player experience, retention and volunteer development across associations, clubs and competitions.
You'll collaborate with partners, support volunteers, and use insights to grow participation among 5–12 year olds while keeping players at the center of decisions.
