Job Description
Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives
n Work within a multi-disciplinary team across the end-to-end value chain
n Support merchandising teams with sourcing and category strategies, COGS reduction, and buying operating model improvements
n Design, implement, and optimise planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes and technologies
n Improve manufacturing, warehousing, transport, and logistics operations
n Strengthen retail store operations to meet customer needs and organisational strategy
n Collaborate with merchandising, category management, supply chain, and store operations stakeholders
n Conduct analysis, develop insights, and produce reports, models, and roadmaps
n Contribute to proposals and thought leadership

Requirements
n
n
Strong consulting background or proven track record delivering projects and transformation in leading Retail and Consumer Products organisations
n
Deep understanding of retail and consumer products market dynamics, including demand and inventory management, sourcing, category management, transport and logistics, and store operations
n
Expertise in strategy definition and execution, operating model design and improvement, end-to-end technology transformation, commercial excellence, and process excellence
n
Advisory or hands-on experience with forecasting, replenishment, and merchandising technologies
n
Interest or experience working with AI
n
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Solid stakeholder management and influencing capability
n




Ability to challenge, adapt, and navigate ambiguity confidently
n
Experience in at least one of FMCG and retail, energy, utilities and resources
n
A degree and relevant professional qualifications are highly regarded, but not required
n
