About this prospect:

Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for:
n

Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge.
n
Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential.
n
Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately
n
Supporting the Boutique Manager with operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back-office operations.
n
Supporting the Boutique Manager with increasing the VIP customer base and nurturing relationships with all VIP customers
n
To be aware of market trends,



understand forthcoming customer initiatives
n
Support with developing and mentoring boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
n
Assist in fostering a feedback-rich culture by identifying opportunities for team members to improve their performance through positive and constructive feedback and ensure that the action plans for performance reviews are managed
