Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Managerto join a well-established construction company on a 12-month contract delivering a high-profile mixed-use development in Sydney CBD.

The project:
n

Co-living accommodation units
n
Retail / shopfront spaces
n
Alterations and additions to an existing building
n
Complex refurbishment and new-build components
n
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Supervising subcontractors and trades on site
n
Coordinating daily site activities and sequencing
n
Managing site logistics and deliveries
n
Monitoring quality, safety and progress
n
Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
n
Coordinating trades across multiple work fronts
n
Assisting with programme and short-term planning
n
Conducting site walks, inspections and toolbox meetings
n
Liaising with the Site Manager, subcontractors, consultants and project team
n
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and WHS requirements
n
n
About You
n




We are looking for a Site Foreman with strong commercial construction experience, ideally with exposure to mixed-use, residential, refurbishment or fit-out projects.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Manager / General Foreman
n
Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills
n
Experience working on projects involving alterations & additions
n
Ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities
n
Solid understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
Relevant construction qualifications and White Card
n
n
