What We're Looking For
n We're seeking a dedicated CentreDirectorto lead our passionate team and foster a culture of growth and connection. While experience with Kidsoft and Storypark is valued, it is not essential – we welcome leaders who are eager to learn and nurture our holistic, child-led approach. You will work closely with the Approved Provider, with operational support from Astute Early Years Management, to bring your leadership vision to life.

Who You Are:

A values-aligned leader with a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
n
Experienced as aDirector
n
Confident in sector compliance, with strong knowledge of the NQFand EYLF
n
A warm, reflective communicator who leads with steadiness, empathy, and clarity
n
A leader who brings both structure and soulto their role
n
Eager to be mentored and take advantage of professional development opportunities
n
Lead and inspire a committed, professional team with warmth, vision, and purpose
n

Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF

Prioritise the safety, wellbeing, and protection of every child in our care
