About the job
n
We're looking for aSocial Impact Consultant - or Senior Social Impact Consultant to join our ANZ Society, Governance and Engagement team and be based in either our Brisbane, Perth or Sydney office.
n
You will work with a vibrant and motivated team of social practitioners. You will be exposed to a range of exciting projects from concept development through to closure or decommissioning and also support our in-house engineering teams. What you'll do
n
n
Develop and deliver tailored social impact assessments and management plans.
n
Collate and analyse social data, and develop tailored social baseline reports.
n
Develop and deliver engagement plans, conduct meaningful community engagement.
n
Prepare high quality reports and communication materials.
n
Build and maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting a collaborative culture.
n
Business and proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
n
n
What you'll have
n
You're energetic, flexible, and collaborative — with a positive mindset, a passion for social performance, and a drive to challenge conventional thinking.
n
You bring:
n
n
Early to mid level experience (3+ years in consulting, preferred)
n
Demonstrated experience in social research, social sciences, social impact assessment in Australia, preferably including consultancy experience.
n
Experience and a passion for inclusive stakeholder consultation with experience in designing and implementing stakeholder engagement methodologies within established communities.
n
Experience in the energy and resources or infrastructure secotrs, along with an understanding of cultural heritage and Native Title processes or approvals processes is desirable.
n
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and ideas to various audiences and deliver high-quality work, reflected in detailed reports, presentations, and customer engagements.
n
Demonstrated capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently.
n
Evidence of fostering ongoing customer relationships is desirable.
