At Brimarco, we design and manufacture heavy-duty drop deck widening trailers used across Australia in transport, agriculture and industry. Our trailers are built to handle demanding real-world conditions and have earned a strong reputation for durability, reliability and value.

We're expanding our workshop team and are looking for skilled welders and fabricators to join us.

The Role
n
You'll be part of a skilled workshop team building our range of heavy-duty drop deck widening trailers.
n
The role involves MIG welding and fabrication of structural components, working from engineering drawings and established build processes.
n
This role suits welders who value precision, efficiency and consistency, and who enjoy contributing to a team producing high-quality equipment.

What You'll Be Doing
n

MIG welding structural steel components for heavy-dutytrailer frames and assemblies
n
Fabricating and assembling trailer components
n
Working from engineering and technical drawings
n
Maintaining high standards of welding quality and consistency
n
Working safely and efficiently as part of the workshop team
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
We're looking for welders who take pride in producing quality work and who can work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
n
Applicants will ideally have experience in heavy manufacturing or structural fabrication environments and be confident working from engineering drawings.
n
You'll Do Well Here If You
n
Have MIG welding experience
n Can read and interpret engineering drawings
n Have experience in heavy manufacturing or structural fabrication
n Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
n Work well independently and as part of a team
n Have a solid work ethic and reliable attitude
n Are committed to workplace safety

What Else You Should Know
n
This is a permanent, full-time position
n Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening will be required
n As part of the recruitment process, applicants will complete a short welding test so we can see your workmanship
