You'll play a key role in
n
As a Site Manager, you'll lead safe, high-quality and programme-driven site delivery across our Newcastle new build projects. Our next project is a $35M new build project starting up in Cardiff soon. From mobilisation through to handover, you'll coordinate trades, manage critical activities and create the conditions for exceptional project outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
n
n
Supporting the Senior Site Manager with day-to-day site operations, including establishment, logistics, access, deliveries and trade coordination
n
Implement site safety systems, inductions, risk controls, inspections and site rules
n
Drive weekly and two-week look-ahead programmes with project teams and subcontractors
n
Monitor progress against programme, identify risks early and lead practical recovery actions
n
Coordinate works to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and SHAPE systems
n
Manage buildability, inspections, defects, rectification and protection of completed works
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
You are a trade-qualified construction leader who brings energy, accountability and sound site judgement. You build strong relationships while confidently holding delivery partners to high standards of safety, quality and programme performance.
n
n
Five or more years' commercial construction experience on new build projects valued at $10 million or more
n
Proven experience managing civil works, piling, structures, façades, internal works, commissioning and handover
n
Current White Card, Senior First Aid, driver's licence and a building trade or construction management qualification
n
Strong knowledge of construction documentation, site logistics, trade coordination and industrial relations
n
Confidence using Procore and Microsoft Office to maintain site records and reporting
n
A collaborative, respectful leadership style that brings out the best in people and project teams.
