You have strong relationships with surgeons dedicated to sports medicine. You are ready to help build something, rather than simply maintain it?
We're partnering with a growing orthopaedic MedTech that is expanding its Sports Medicine business across QLD, invests heavily in surgeon relationships and education, and gives local surgeons genuine access to R&D; and senior leadership.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth environment where you'll play a key role in developing relationships with sports medicine surgeons, supporting procedural growth, and identifying new commercial opportunities across a developing territory.
Whether you're an experienced Territory Manager or a clinically strong Sports Medicine Specialist looking to step into a commercial role, this position offers the chance to combine clinical expertise with business development in a market that is primed for growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Building relationships with Sports Medicine surgeons and key hospital stakeholders
Connect your surgeons to the R&D; and product development teams - where they will have influence




Supporting cases and driving adoption across the Sports Medicine portfolio
Growing market share through business development and territory expansion
Identifying and converting new opportunities across Queensland
Delivering product education and clinical support in theatre
What We're Looking For
Experience within Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or a related medical device field
Robust clinical knowledge and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach
Ambition to develop business and create opportunities
Resilience, drive, and a growth-oriented attitude
