THE ROLE
n
n
End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
n




Maintain employee records and payroll master data
n
Process new starters, terminations, leave, superannuation, allowances and deductions
n
Ensure compliance with payroll tax, PAYG, superannuation and relevant legislation
n
Respond to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner
n
Interpret awards and ensure payroll compliance
n
Prepare payroll reporting and analysis
n
Assist with process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
n
Work collaboratively with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders across the business
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Previous experience processing high-volume payroll
n
SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) experience is essential
n
UKG experience highly desirable
n
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing
n
Experience working within a fast-paced environment
n
Award interpretation knowledge highly regarded
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
n
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
n
