PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Country Director (Pacific) - GWS Enterprise leads the Pacific Enterprise platform — providing in-market leadership that enables sector teams to deliver against global and regional standards.
The role drives business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across integrated facilities management, entity management, and all Pacific locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Safety Compliance Maintain a safe, compliant operating environment across all accounts and locations Lead HSE culture: near-miss reporting, hazard identification, and timely incident response Oversee technical compliance, competency verification, and statutory reporting Oversee entity compliance and ensure all entities related licenses, cashflow, asset (offices, etc) are governed and managed
2. Account Enablement Apply deep local market knowledge to drive account performance and client satisfaction Lead talent placement and mobility across accounts — right people,
right roles Facilitate cross-account forums and SME networks to embed best practice Conduct regular operational reviews to champion service quality and financial performance Manage joint ventures and affiliate relationships as required including new counties cities
3. Growth Business Development Develop commercially viable solutions and business cases to support account growth Build and consolidate key supplier relationships to drive supply chain value Lead in-market client cultivation, thought leadership, and focus forums Own the structured growth pipeline ****** month horizon), including M A identification and integration Drive 100% off-market renewals as the default aspiration
4. Operational Efficiency Industrialize platform delivery — best available resource at competitive, predictable unit rates Manage gross revenue to OpEx ratio to optimise Pacific platform efficiency Scale Work Your Way short-term placement to support more accounts and lines of business Lead shared services improvements including automation and Procurement as a Service
5. Community Culture Build a Pacific community that drives engagement, belonging, and innovation Champion DE I through EBRGs, awareness programmes, and enablement training Lead initiatives to achieve industry-low attrition — making CBRE the employer of choice Drive talent strategie s to attract, retain,
