About the Role We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a well-established Brisbane CBD location .
You'll inherit a stable team, including a Store Supervisor and six casual team members, giving you a solid foundation to focus on developing performance, growing sales and continuing to build a strong store culture.
Working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, you'll be hands-on across all areas of the business, including: Driving sales, conversion and key store KPIs Coaching and developing the team to deliver confident, personalised service Managing rosters, wage budgets and daily store operations Building team capability and maintaining strong engagement Leading from the floor and creating a positive customer experience Maintaining high standards across visual merchandising, stock and presentation Taking ownership of overall store performance and results What You'll Bring You'll be a confident retail leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and knows how to balance people leadership with commercial performance.
Ideally, you'll bring:



Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience Confidence working with sales targets and retail KPIs Strong coaching and people-development skills A warm, approachable leadership style High standards around customer experience and store presentation The ability to build trust with both your team and customers Experience in fashion, lingerie, beauty, footwear or another service-led specialty retail environment Most importantly, you'll understand that in this category, great service is personal.
You'll know how to create an workplace where customers feel comfortable, supported and confident.
