Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a strong background in 3PL operations, customer order picking and team management ?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of daily warehouse operations at a busy Erskine Park site.
You will lead a frontline team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
Our client is a leading Australian-owned logistics and supply chain provider delivering 3PL, warehousing and freight solutions nationally and internationally.
Role: 3PL Warehouse Team Leader Location: Erskine Park NSW What You'll Do Lead, coordinate and support a team of 5–10 warehouse employees, increasing to 40+ during peak periods.
Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations, with a strong focus on customer order picking, packing and dispatch.
Allocate labour and picking tasks according to customer priorities, order volumes and delivery deadlines.
Monitor team productivity, order accuracy and daily picking targets.
Ensure customer orders are correctly picked, packed, staged and closed in the WMS.
Coordinate receiving, replenishment, inventory control and outbound activities.
Investigate stock discrepancies, picking errors and customer order issues.
Maintain a safe, organised and compliant warehouse environment.
Identify opportunities to improve picking processes, productivity and customer service.




What You Bring Solid experience within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse setting is essential .
Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.
Proven experience managing teams involved in high-volume customer order picking.
Strong knowledge of picking, packing, replenishment, inventory and dispatch processes.
Experience using WMS or ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite or similar.
Current LF Forklift Licence.
