This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee roofing works, coordinate subcontractors and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Tasks and Resonsibilities Supervise and coordinate roofing works across residential construction projects, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Read and interpret plans and specifications, overseeing the installation of roofing, gutters, downpipes, flashings and roof sheeting.
Inspect completed works to ensure quality, compliance, watertightness and high industry standards.
Identify and resolve roofing defects, leaks, drainage issues and other in office problems.
Coordinate with subcontractors, Construction Managers, suppliers and labourers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain safe, clean and organised sites while completing accurate documentation and complying with all WHS, building and company requirements.
Skills and Experience 3–5 years' experience in roof plumbing or residential roofing.
Relevant Roof Plumbing trade qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation and water management.
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications.




Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve on-site issues.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with subcontractors and construction teams.
Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe working practices, including working at heights.
Current White Card and Class C Driver's Licence.
First Aid Certificate highly regarded.
