This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of key Home Lending products, with a strong emphasis on product governance, regulatory compliance, obligations, risk management and execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead strategic product initiatives from inception through to delivery and implementation Drive product governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, internal policies and risk frameworks Maintain product documentation, governance artefacts and approval processes Partner with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to manage regulatory change and product obligations Balance customer outcomes, commercial objectives and regulatory requirements when making product decisions Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend strategic enhancements Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations and senior leadership teams to successfully deliver complex initiatives Operate effectively within a fast-paced,
