Job Description Provide a specialist resource experienced in Hitachi MPLS-TP equipment.
Services include mobilisation, requirements confirmation, interface workshops, detailed MPLS-TP design, design documentation, design reviews, BOM validation, configuration architecture, lab configuration, staging support, commissioning planning, cutover planning, VMR cutover support where MPLS-TP transport is impacted, onsite and remote commissioning support, acceptance testing, defect resolution, as-built updates, handover support and 3 months post go-live support.
The resource must own the technical quality and success of the MPLS-TP component and must actively coordinate with Telstra installation, project management, operations and adjacent workstreams where the MPLS-TP scope interfaces with other systems.
The resource shall develop/review/update: • MPLS-TP Network Design • MPLS-TP LLD • MPLS-TP topology diagrams • Physical network diagrams • Logical network diagrams • Service mapping diagrams • Port allocation schedules • Interface definitions • QoS design • OAM design • Protection switching design • Synchronisation/timing design • Alarm management design • Management/NMS integration design • VMR transport design • V.28 interface integration design • 4W E M interface integration design • Geo-redundant FOXMAN/UNEM NMS design • FOXMAN/UNEM expansion design • VMR Lab HLD review • VMR Lab LLD • Lab BOM • Lab rack layouts • Lab cable schedules • Lab interface drawings • Lab configuration documents • Lab test procedures • Lab test reports • Lab as-built documents • Design review workshops Requirements Provide a specialist resource experienced in Hitachi MPLS-TP equipment.
