We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior / Trainee Sales Consultant to join our Innisfail team.
No automotive sales experience?
No problem.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a genuine willingness to learn.
With comprehensive training and support from an experienced team, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in automotive sales.
About the role You'll help customers find the right vehicle while learning the complete sales process - from the initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:



Welcoming and assisting customers in the dealership Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicles Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives Responding to phone and online enquiries Following up with customers and building lasting relationships Assisting with trade-ins and vehicle appraisals Working closely with the wider dealership team Delivering a professional and memorable customer experience About you We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident and approachable Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people Customer-focused and professional Well presented, organised and reliable Willing to take initiative and contribute to the team Driven to achieve goals and deliver results Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sport or another people-focused environment would be a great foundation, but it is not essential.
