The Chance You will lead a cross-functional software team of 10+ (Engineers, BA, QA, UX) delivering a modern customer portal designed to enhance digital engagement, streamline customer interactions and improve operational efficiency.
Operating within a regulated Financial Services environment, you will bring structure, clarity and momentum to delivery while balancing technical execution with commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a software delivery team of 10+ Drive sprint cadence,
