Immediate Start - Temporary Contract About Our Client Michael Page is partnering with a highly respected ASX-listed property investment organisation to recruit an experienced Team Support Officer for a temporary assignment based in Perth CBD.
Job Description No two days will be the same.
You'll provide high-level administrative support across the business, including: Providing administrative and operational support across a collaborative corporate team Coordinating meetings, team activities and internal business processes Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and key business documents Supporting governance and compliance activities through document coordination and administration Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and shared documentation / document management systems Support with travel arrangements for senior staff Helping manage team schedules,



events and learning development activities Acting as a central point of support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider team The Successful Applicant Previous experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally in the property industry.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
