The successful person will report to the Construction Manager and work directly with both company Directors from early planning and constructability through construction and final handover.

Project: Industrial warehouse complex - 14 units Project location is Bundamba Project start date 12th October **** Other projects are in the pipeline, include a Stayplton and Gold Coast based project Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily site activities Manage subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site interfaces Review the construction program and prepare short-term look-ahead programs Monitor productivity, workmanship, safety and quality Identify design issues, constraints and potential delays early Review drawings, specifications and subcontractor scopes Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and subcontractor meetings Maintain SWMS, permits, inductions, site diaries and project records Coordinate inspections, ITPs, defects and rectification work Report progress, risks and upcoming requirements Support commissioning, completion and final handover Maintain a professional,



safe and accountable site culture Candidate Requirements The successful candidate must: Hold an appropriate current QBCC Site Supervisor licence Have proven commercial, industrial or warehouse construction experience Be confident managing subcontractors and daily site activities Understand programming, safety, quality and site documentation Be able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Be organised, practical, accountable and solutions-focused Hold a Construction White Card and current driver's licence Have full Australian working rights Be interested in a stable, long-term contract Multi-unit warehouse, tilt-panel or precast construction experience will be highly regarded.
