We're a UK-based cleaning company looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Development Representative to help turn incoming customer interest into valuable sales opportunities and confirmed bookings.
Working remotely, you'll engage with warm prospects, understand their requirements and use confident communication, effective follow-up and strong sales skills to guide them through the customer journey and convert enquiries into customers.

What You'll Handle Make contact with prospective customers generated through our sales channels Qualify enquiries and establish what the customer needs Recommend relevant cleaning services based on customer requirements Progress suitable prospects towards a confirmed booking Follow up with customers who require additional information or time to decide Maintain detailed and accurate customer records Log sales interactions and outcomes within the CRM Manage follow-up activity across outstanding opportunities Build strong customer relationships through professional communication Work towards individual sales, conversion and revenue targets The Offer Negotiable basic salary OTE of R25,000+ per month Fully remote working 40 days paid annual leave 2 or more years' experience in direct sales, telesales or business development Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal The discipline to manage your workload independently while working remotely Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Resilience and confidence when handling objections and customer rejection A proven history of telephone sales and working towards targets Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining lead databases Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer problems effectively Your own reliable laptop or desktop computer The working schedule is weekend-focused, with employees assigned to either a Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday shift pattern.
