Job Description Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, awards and company policies Maintain employee payroll records and data integrity Process payroll adjustments including leave, allowances, deductions and terminations Respond to payroll-related employee queries Reconcile payroll reports and payroll-related accounts Assist with month-end reporting requirements Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data management Support payroll audits and compliance activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll processes Systems Used iChris Payroll SuccessFactors HRIS AS400 Time Attendance The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will demonstrate: Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements Experience processing medium to large payrolls High attention to detail and accuracy Robust reconciliation and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and pay cycle requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using iChris will be highly regarded Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach What's on Offer $85,000 + superannuation 12-month fixed-term contract with an established employer Free Costco membership Free flu vaccinations Monthly office lunches Free onsite parking Stable team environment and supportive leadership To express your interest in this opportunity, please submit your CV today.
