collaborative and highly supportive multidisciplinary team Clear career progression pathways within the organisation Opportunities to develop specialist skills and areas of clinical interest Ongoing internal training, mentoring and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions Manage a varied caseload of clients across the lifespan Support clients with areas including functional capacity, sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, fine and gross motor development, assistive technology and more Deliver therapy within the clinic, community and other environments that best support client outcomes Develop individualised and client-centred therapy plans Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers and other health professionals Participate in regular discipline-specific and multidisciplinary training and development opportunities Senior clinicians will have the opportunity to provide mentoring and support to graduate and junior therapists Key Selection Criteria Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration Current National Police Clearance NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain Experience working with a diverse range of clients is highly regarded Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Apply Today Shortlisting and interviewing will commence ASAP.
