An opportunity exists for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Property team on an initial four-week assignment, with potential for extension.
The Role As Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of facilities maintenance across a national site network.
Working closely with the National Facilities Lead, you will coordinate maintenance requests, manage contractor relationships, and ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This role is ideally suited to a junior to mid-level facilities professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Duties: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities across multiple sites nationally.
Manage and monitor work orders through the facilities management system.
Support the National Facilities Lead with maintenance tenders and contractor engagement.
Coordinate corrective actions arising from facility audits and site inspections.
Manage essential maintenance works and risk mitigation activities.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
Build strong relationships with site teams and service providers.
Support the implementation of preventative maintenance programmes.
Assist with monitoring maintenance expenditure and budget tracking.
Provide general administrative support to the Property and Facilities team.
Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational across the portfolio.
Skills Experience Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, Property Administrator, or similar role.
Experience using work order management or facilities management systems.
Understanding of facilities management practices, compliance requirements, and contractor management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks across multiple sites.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Current driver's licence.
