Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with robust Workforce Management (WFM) experience to lead and manage workforce management technology projects.
The ideal candidate will have PMP certification and experience managing complex projects involving Kronos Workforce Management or similar WFM platforms.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM) projects from initiation through delivery.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore teams.
Manage implementation, enhancement, integration, and upgrade projects involving Kronos Workforce Management .
Work closely with business teams to understand workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, rostering, and payroll requirements.
Drive project governance, reporting, status updates, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.




Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills Project Management experience with end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
PMP Certification – mandatory/preferred.
Strong Workforce Management (WFM) domain experience.
Experience managing Kronos Workforce Management projects.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Experience with project planning, RAID management, governance, and reporting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with technical, business, and offshore teams.
Nice to Have Kronos Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions / UKG exposure.
Experience with WFM implementations, upgrades, migrations, or integrations.
Exposure to Time Attendance, Scheduling, Rostering, Leave Management, and Payroll integration .
Agile/Waterfall project delivery experience.
Experience managing complex enterprise transformation programs.
Key Requirement PMP Certified Project Manager with strong Workforce Management experience.
Specialist experience in the WFM area is highly desirable, with good exposure to Kronos Workforce Management.
