Your duties will include:



Making outbound calls to customers and end users Liaising with customers to organise product returns and recalls Providing professional and accurate information Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data Working with Excel spreadsheets to track progress and outcomes Ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous customer service or call centre experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with customers Strong attention to detail Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills The ability to learn current systems quickly A positive attitude and strong work ethic If you're available to start immediately and are looking for an opportunity with a fantastic team and company, apply now!
