We are expanding our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) practice and are currently looking for MES professionals to join our growing team.
We have open positions supporting manufacturing transformation projects, offering opportunities to work with industry-leading MES solutions and international clients.
Our team delivers end-to-end MES implementations, covering business process assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
The solutions we implement help manufacturers optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure product quality, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
As an MES Specialist, you will become part of our MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) Delivery team, working on complex manufacturing projects across a variety of industries.
Depending on your experience and expertise, you will contribute to the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of leading MES platforms.
We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated professionals who enjoy solving complex business and technical challenges, working with new technologies, and helping clients improve their manufacturing operations.
Qualification Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and industrial shop-floor environments Deep understanding of Discrete Manufacturing processes, Quality Management, Material Management, Traceability and Geanology, Work Order Management and Production Scheduling.
Proven hands-on experience (Minimum of 3 years experience) with MES implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and application support Understanding of manufacturing systems architecture and system integration concepts Ability to troubleshoot and support complex manufacturing environments Strong analytical,
problem-solving and requirement gathering skills Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in international project teams Excellent communication skills in English Important Requirement!
We are specifically seeking professionals with demonstrable experience in one or more of the MES technologies listed above.
Relevant project experience must be clearly visible in the candidate's CV along with the specific MES platform that is used.
Applications without direct experience in these platforms will not be considered.
Australian Residency is a requirement for this role and no international application will be considered.
