Ensuring Chart's Success... • Support and assist Senior Application Engineers and sales team in developing technical and commercial proposals for fans and ventilation systems.
• Support and assist Senior Project Managers in day to day activities for executing turnkey projects.
• Support and assist Senior Design Engineers in project engineering and continuous improvement activities.
• Where possible, the Graduate Engineer shall be rotated through key technical departments within the business including; Project Management, Engineering and Service, depending on available projects within each team.
Contribute to the business through application of engineering skills and knowledge.
What Will You Do?
1. Ensure proposals are submitted by the agreed bid due date and submission of subsequent technical clarifications meets customer requirements.
2. Apply academic learning to the workplace environment.
3. Development of technical justification for proposed equipment including the offer of alternative proposals.
Apply product to customers system and advise on improvements that are possible.
4. Specify and procure quotes for major, technically compliant, cost effective items via external sub-vendors to prepare comprehensive proposals and accurate cost estimates.
5. Maintain proposal documentation in line with company procedures and policy to ensure compliance with QA standards.
6. Ensure Company policies,



procedures and norms are followed for all proposals activities to ensure the highest level of quality.
7. Provide technical support for commissioning activities.
