We're looking for an experienced HSET Site Administrator to join a busy mining operation in North Queensland.
This role is based out of Townsville, this is a great opportunity for someone with strong HSE, safety, training or site administration experience looking for a Monday–Friday style 5:2 roster and an immediate start.
What's on offer Townsville-based BIBO 5 days on / 2 days off 7:00am – 5:00pm ASAP start Long-term opportunity within a major mining operation About the role You'll provide administration support across the site's HSEQ and training functions, helping keep compliance, training and documentation up to date.
Your day-to-day will include: Maintaining HSET documentation, registers and records Coordinating training and onboarding documentation Supporting HSET reporting and compliance activities Document control and data entry Assisting with audits,



inspections and corrective actions General administration support to the site HSEQ team About you Previous experience in HSEQ, HSE, Safety, Training or Site Administration Mining, resources, construction or heavy industry experience Solid administration and document control skills Experience managing training and compliance records Good Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail and organisation The ability to work confidently with site personnel and multiple stakeholders Ability to pass a MMQ required If you're an experienced site administrator with a strong HSEQ focus and want a Townsville-based BIBO role on a 5:2 roster , we'd like to hear from you.
