About the Role Work across construction, commercial litigation and insolvency disputes, with construction making up a significant part of the practice.
Gain hands-on exposure to adjudications, security of payment, contractual disputes, defective works, shareholder disputes and court proceedings.
Work directly with experienced disputes practitioners and have meaningful client contact from an early stage.
Take genuine ownership of substantive matters rather than being one of many junior lawyers in a large team.
Play an active role in a growing specialist practice where your contribution can make a real difference.
Responsibilities Manage and progress your own matters with support from experienced senior practitioners.
Advise clients and assist with strategy across a range of contentious commercial disputes.
Prepare pleadings, correspondence, submissions and other litigation documents.
Assist with adjudications, mediations, negotiations, interlocutory applications and court proceedings.
Develop strong client relationships while building your technical and commercial litigation skills.
Skills Experience 2-4 years PAE experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation or another contentious practice area.




Strong legal fundamentals and a genuine interest in developing as a disputes lawyer.
Construction experience is highly regarded but not essential .
Commercially minded, practical and confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
Open, capable and teachable, with the initiative to take responsibility for matters.
