We are seeking a Planning Analyst – Infrastructure Portfolio to support a major infrastructure portfolio, translating long-term investment plans into practical short-term programs that ensure projects, funding and resources are aligned to future growth and network needs.
Key Responsibilities: Translate long-term investment plans into detailed project pipelines and delivery plans Develop and maintain budgets, expenditure forecasts and investment plans Analyse data, trends, dependencies and risks to support investment decisions Develop planning scenarios and identify emerging capacity and delivery risks Work closely with technical, project, finance and delivery teams to align priorities Monitor project readiness, milestones and funding requirements Develop reporting tools and processes to improve forecasting and planning accuracy Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Experience developing and managing project pipelines, programs or investment plans Strong financial forecasting,
