About the team Our People and Performance team is passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture and fostering employee growth.
Driven to make a difference in the lives of our employees, the team is at the forefront of recruitment, employee relations, training, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Joining People and Performance, you'll develop policies and procedures that enhance the employee experience, lead employee strategy, and help create a sense of belonging for our people.
You'll work collaboratively with various industry bodies to stay updated on best practices and provide valuable data for research purposes.
About the Prospect Oversee ARTC's Organisational Capability programs, ensuring strategic alignment, effective governance, budget and performance management, and continuous improvement through evaluation and measurable outcomes.
Plan and coordinate organisational capability programs that respond to business needs and strategic priorities.
Identify development needs and coordinate leadership, talent development, learning and employee engagement initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of capability initiatives,
using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support change initiatives by engaging stakeholders across design, planning, implementation and review.
Develop clear, high-quality program schedules, reports, submissions and digital communications.
Use employee feedback and insights to recommend improvements to leadership development initiatives and ensure alignment with ARTC's Leadership Framework.
Manage external providers and contracts, including procurement, budgets, performance and invoicing.
What do we want from you?
Relevant qualifications in Organisational Capability, Communications, Learning Development, Project Management or a related discipline are desirable.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and respond effectively to changing demands.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions and take initiative when required.
Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams and respond to urgent priorities.
