About the Role: A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Property Manager who want their own portfolio, but needs the right support and mentoring around them to succeed.
Duties including: Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails phone calls Conduct open for inspections private inspections Prepare lease documents lease sign ups Manage repairs Conduct reference checks for potential tenants Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports Manage a small portfolio The Benefits: Great base salary with career progression Monday - Friday role - keep your weekends free!
