Permanent, full time About Our Client We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to recruit a Commercial Credit Analyst to join a high-performing Credit Risk team.

Whether you're an early-career credit professional ready for the next step or someone with established commercial credit experience, you'll be supported by a collaborative team and exposed to a diverse portfolio of dealer and customer relationships.
Job Description Working within a dynamic Credit Risk function, you'll assess, structure and manage commercial credit exposures while contributing to business growth and sound risk management outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Assessing and underwriting commercial credit applications Analysing financial statements, cash flow and customer performance Preparing detailed credit submissions,



risk assessments and recommendations Managing dealer and customer relationships within a commercial finance environment Monitoring borrower performance and establishing appropriate credit limits Supporting collections and risk mitigation strategies where required Preparing and negotiating credit documentation and lending agreements Identifying opportunities to support new and existing business growth Contributing to process improvement initiatives, including digital and automation solutions Producing portfolio insights, reporting and risk trend analysis Supporting and collaborating with team members across the broader credit function The Successful Applicant A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline Experience in credit analysis, underwriting, lending, banking, risk assessment or financial analysis Strong ability to interpret financial information and assess risk Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Robust written and verbal communication abilities A proactive, self-motivated and accountable approach The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success Interest in technology, process improvement and evolving ways of working What's on Offer A supportive and inclusive team culture Exposure to complex commercial credit and risk decisions Ongoing professional development and mentoring Career progression within a global organisation Flexible working arrangements Modern systems and technology-driven ways of working Strong focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance Competitive salary and benefits package
