Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced Packaging Operators to join our client's busy production facility based in Regency Park.
This is an outstanding permanent opportunity for skilled production operators who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a team producing high-quality products.
You will be working within a highly automated packaging environment, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
About the role As a Packaging Operator , you will be responsible for: Operating highly automated packaging machinery and production equipment Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained Conducting quality control checks and accurately recording results Identifying and resolving production issues through problem solving and continuous improvement Completing cleaning and hygiene activities to maintain a safe and compliant workplace Performing manual handling tasks as required Completing data entry and production reporting requirements Following all safety policies, procedures and workplace standards The role requires operators who can confidently monitor machine performance, identify issues impacting production, complete QC checks and accurately record production information.
To be successful, you will have:



Recent experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Experience operating automated machinery (packaging experience highly regarded) Certificate III in Food Processing or equivalent (such as IBD Foundation Certificate in Brewing and Packaging) Strong understanding of workplace safety, quality and hygiene practices Ability to work effectively within a team workplace Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable work ethic and commitment to achieving production targets Previous experience within the food or beverage industry is highly desirable; however, training may be provided for the right candidates.
