Job Description Business Analysis Delivery Skills (Core) Strong BA project experience of delivering regulatory or policy-driven change Solid experience on Fraud designing processes Strong requirements documentation skills, including: Business requirements Functional requirements Non-functional and control requirements Ability to trace regulatory obligations through to operational and system impacts; Strong ability to interpret legislation, rules, and industry codes and identify implications Confident in challenging gaps, inconsistencies, or illogical solutions Able to connect dots across customer experience, risk, operations, and technology High attention to detail without losing sight of broader strategic intent Domain Knowledge Required Fraud and scam compliance domain knowledge (strongly preferred) Experience working with: Financial crime Consumer protection obligations Risk and compliance frameworks Exposure to SPF obligations, industry rules, or codes (highly desirable) Background in financial services or banking environments Requirements Provide a specialist resource experienced in Hitachi MPLS-TP equipment.
Services include mobilisation, requirements confirmation, interface workshops, detailed MPLS-TP design,



design documentation, design reviews, BOM validation, configuration architecture, lab configuration, staging support, commissioning planning, cutover planning, VMR cutover support where MPLS-TP transport is impacted, onsite and remote commissioning support, acceptance testing, defect resolution, as-built updates, handover support and 3 months post go-live support.
The resource must own the technical quality and success of the MPLS-TP component and must actively coordinate with Telstra installation, project management, operations and adjacent workstreams where the MPLS-TP scope interfaces with other systems.
