You'll deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across temporary, contract and permanent roles, supported by a strong brand, established client base, and a collaborative team that has your back.
Key Responsibilities Manage a full 360 recruitment desk across temp, contract,



and permanent roles Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships Grow existing key accounts while identifying new opportunities Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment Build and maintain talent pipelines and contractor networks Write engaging, effective job ads and drive candidate attraction strategies Provide market insights, workforce advice, and consultative support About You Proven experience in agency recruitment (360 desk) Background in temporary, contract, or permanent recruitment Experience within business support, technology, or white-collar sectors Strong relationship builder with a consultative, client-first approach Commercially minded with confidence in business development Highly organised and able to manage a busy, fast-moving desk Team-oriented with a drive to perform and contribute to a positive culture Why This Role Stands Out This is not a cold start desk.
