We're looking for a Bid Coordinator / Office Coordinator to join our Civil and Remedial team in Melbourne, supporting our tender processes and day-to-day office operations.
About the Role This is an office-based role combining bid coordination with broader office support.
You'll play a key part in helping the team prepare high-quality tender submissions, while also keeping the Melbourne office running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender process, gathering inputs, formatting submissions and meeting deadlines Liaise with project managers, estimators and engineers to compile tender documentation Maintain bid templates, registers and document libraries Provide general office coordination support, correspondence, scheduling,
