Working closely with vessel crew, key duties include: Provide excellent customer service Assisting with protected daily operations of the vessel Identify and notify Master/Operations of safety concerns and assist with implementation to prevent incidents Participate and contribute to emergency response plans Monitor and organise vehicle/passenger loading safely and efficiently while providing clear directions to passengers Responsible for general maintenance and overall cleanliness of the of the vessel Securely moor the vessel at each pontoon, coil mooring lines neatly at the completion of each trip and inspect and splice mooring lines when required Carry out deck patrols during shift and ensure the vessel is protected from being damaged when in its berth Understand and meet the requirements detailed in the vessel's Safety Management System, to actively participate in emergency response procedures Manage ticket sales and checks ensuring compliance About You Provides exceptional customer service Understands and has a commitment to adhere to all Work Health and Safety (WH
