About the Position The Office Manager coordinates the organisation's day-to-day administrative and operational functions so Nursing Centred Care Australia can deliver high-quality, person-centred disability support.
The role supports management and staff, maintains accurate participant, staff, financial and office records, coordinates office and personnel matters, and helps the business operate in line with NDIS Practice Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies.
It is a key operational role that underpins rostering, compliance, liaison with families and providers, and the efficient running of the Munno Para office.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and review office administration and support services to ensure productive day-to-day operations.
Manage office resources, staff allocation, equipment, facilities and supplies to support service delivery.
Allocate administrative tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide appropriate support and supervision.
Maintain accurate participant, staff, financial and office records in accordance with organisational and NDIS requirements.
Liaise with participants, families, support professionals, staff and external providers to coordinate administrative matters and assist with resolving issues.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll and other personnel administration.
Support management in maintaining compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
Ensure office processes and documentation are maintained in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to management to promote the smooth and effective delivery of disability support services.
Requirements Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong organisational and records-management skills, including the ability to maintain accurate participant, staff and financial records to NDIS and organisational standards.
Sound interpersonal and liaison skills to work with participants, families, support staff and external providers.
Ability to coordinate office resources, allocate tasks, support staff performance and assist with personnel administration.
Working knowledge of, or capacity to apply, NDIS Practice Standards, WHS requirements and office policies and procedures.
Reliable written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting management in a disability-support environment.
