Rostering Officer – RAC (Fixed Term – Part time) About Brightwater Since ****, Brightwater has supported people of all ages to live better.

The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and organised Rostering Officer to support Brightwater's Residential Aged Care (RAC) services.
In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate staff rosters to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs.
Working as part of a centralised rostering team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right staff are in place at the right time—balancing client needs, workforce availability, and compliance requirements.

What you'll bring Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination Understanding of Aged Care or Disability Scheduling or Rostering Strong problem-solving and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft Office A versatile, team-focused and customer-centric approach A valid NDIS clearance.
A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
A current valid WA driver's licence.
