Job Description Manage CAPEX accounting for major infrastructure and development projects Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and asset capitalisation Maintain and analyse the fixed asset register Manage depreciation, disposals and asset integrations Prepare monthly and quarterly CAPEX reporting packs Complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes Assist with management reporting and financial analysis Partner with stakeholders to track project spend, budgets and timelines Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiencies The Successful Applicant CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion)



5+ years' accounting experience Strong CAPEX accounting experience Experience managing WIP, asset capitalisation and fixed assets Experience supporting large-scale projects and capital investments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis) What's on Offer Competitive salary of $115,000 + Super + Salary Packaging Permanent Prospect Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 WFH Suited to candidates from audit with strong learning agility and exposure to CAPEX, or, an experienced Financial Accountant with established CAPEX/project accounting experience
