Established not-for-profit organisation with 100 years of trusted expertise Winner of the Xref Engage **** Best Workplace Awards for 3 consecutive years Monday Friday (15hrs per week), Fixed-term contract until 30 June **** ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused skilled who is passionate about delivering exceptional frontline administrative support.
With a background in community services, social services, or a similar client-focused environment, you will have experience managing reception and administrative functions, coordinating appointments, facilitating referrals, delivering outstanding customer service, and connecting clients to the services they need.
Your ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information will contribute to your success in this role.
Location: Caringbah Employment Type: Fixed term Part-time contract until 30 June **** Hour of work: 30 hours per fortnight, working Monday Friday Hourly Rate: $***** per hour, plus superannuation ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a front-line office administration role in a community organisation, or other client service environment with a strong client focus Strong client service focus with good interpersonal skills in working with people from diverse backgrounds, including children Highly developed administrative,
organisational and multi-tasking skills High level of computer literacy and comfortable with MS Office applications and using CRM systems Ability to deal with personal and sensitive subject matter and maintain confidentiality Ability to liaise effectively with clients and maintain professional boundaries when dealing with conflict Good written and verbal communication skills, numeracy skills, and the ability to follow procedures with focus on detail and ensure accuracy Please refer to the Job description for a full list of the Role Requirements and Responsibilities.
