UON's business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON's Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.
The purpose of the Quality Technical Administrator is responsible for the creation, compilation, review, control, and submission of Manufacturing Data Reports (MDR's) and associated quality documentation for Production (Fabrication, Manufacturing.) This position is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting project delivery, and achieving quality objectives across the business.
Your main responsibilities will include: Compile, review, and submit Manufacturing Data Reports (MDR's) in accordance with project specifications, client requirements and submitted within contractual timelines.
Maintain MDR Registry to show document status of jobs.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks (production job packs, scanning/archiving).
Document identification / ease of selection to refine the MDR process / elimination of mistakes and minimising of process timing.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, QA, HSE and other relevant systems.
Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.




Skills Experience A minimum of 3 years industry experience working in a similar role.
Previous experience in a Quality Administration, Document Control, or MDR Creation role.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and use of proprietary Software systems.
Experience on Keeping things simple while capturing the necessary information.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking essential – multiple Jobs/Products will be running concurrently against different timing and customer specifications.
Pre-planning skills with contingency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sharp business acumen, financial planning and projection skills.
High regard for quality assurance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Team player but comfortable to work autonomously.
Sense of urgency to assure robust milestone adherence.
