Casual role with big impact About Our Client A not-for-profit organisation based in Collingwood, dedicated to delivering impactful services to the community.
Job Description Coordinate and manage governance-related documentation and processes.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
Prepare, organise and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and reports.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for meetings and events.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of governance and administrative services.
The Successful Applicant A successful Governance Administrative Services Assistant should have:
Previous experience in administrative and governance-related roles.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with office software and tools, including document preparation.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Open-minded, culturally aware, and committed to fostering respectful and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
