We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day flow of goods through the warehouse and outbound transport, accurate paperwork and keeping customers informed.
About the role: 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for an ongoing chance, supported by the business's rapid growth and expansion plans.
Working closely with the warehouse team, carriers and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch documentation, tracking freight and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from order release to delivery confirmation.
What we're looking for: 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight administration or inventory administration role Domestic and international freight forwarding both inbound and outbound experience Experience working within a medium to large wholesale, retail or distribution workplace Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis Experience in a logistics admin, transport coordination, warehouse admin, or supply chain support role Excellent communication skills when dealing with carriers,



drivers and internal teams Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Comfortable in working independently Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator Create and process dispatch paperwork which includes consignment notes, labels, manifests and delivery dockets Book freight with carriers and coordinate pick-ups and delivery schedules Track shipments, follow up delays, and manage proof of delivery requests Provide support for returns, credits, and delivery discrepancies Maintain accurate records in the system of orders, freight costs, carrier details and notes Liaise with customer service, warehouse, and accounts as required Assist with reporting daily summaries, backlog and carrier performance What's on offer: Stable role with a respected, high-quality brand Friendly, supportive team setting in a busy distribution setting Opportunity to grow your logistics/supply chain career How to apply: Click Apply and submit your resume.
