We are open to speaking with candidates who have a robust Property Management or Business Development background.
The Opportunity: Managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio of approximately 54 properties Building strong relationships with rental providers and tenants Conducting rental appraisals and converting new management opportunities Business development and bringing new properties onto the rent roll Prospecting and generating new business opportunities Working closely with the leadership team to support the continued growth of the Property Management department Managing the day-to-day requirements of a portfolio from end to end No weekend work!!
