Planning experience working on commercial building projects is essential .
Proficient with P6 or Asta Power Project Excellent construction knowledge including understanding of different construction methods, materials and sequencing of work.
Excellent communication interpersonal skills Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively A proven track record of successfully working on complex, construction projects such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, datacentre, retail or the like.
