We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Canberra and support the delivery of a long-term project.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of Site Managers and help ensure that site operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors.
Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.
About you To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
To hold, or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role Basic understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable).
